We learned about the 3 Rs in grade school - this mat was engineered with the 3 Ss in mind: space, support and sweat. It's extra long and wide so we've got room to stretch out in the studio. The natural rubber base gives us plenty of cushioning and the polyurethane top layer helps us get a grip during sweaty practices. Sounds like an A+ to us.
